On call after that
Some clients keep a quarterly check-in. Most just text when something comes up.

Is this an appraisal?
No. It’s a broker’s opinion of value and market analysis. I’ll tell you when you need a licensed appraiser.
What does it cost?
Free when tied to a transaction we’re working on. A flat fee, quoted up front, when standalone.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you who is.
